Visas in Hand

Those of you who have followed our Visa saga will be relieved to hear we finally finished the process today, complete with photos, fingerprinting, official stamping, and returned home with our Visas in hand. And apparently (never know for sure) the tale that we had to return for a letter of permission each time we wanted to leave the country was ONLY while the process was in progress. The government immigration rep assured us we only needed to show our visa at the border or in the airport. No sweat. (apparently)

So let's hope that's that and there will be no need for further agonizing reports on this whole deal. Now let's see how long the Lord is going to keep us here.
