Need Some Help

Is anyone out there who can tell me how to get rid of Holoscan, the so-called service that is supposed to block spam, but NOT block letters from my much appreciated READERS.Thanks again. Remember, this is Grandma you're talking to: simple easy-to-follow directions please.
