This is NOT the Tropics!

We were out of the country last winter, battling with bugs, worms, snakes, and more bugs. This year it's icicles! When I stepped out of the house this morning, I was startled by what sounded like a deluge of breaking glass around me. No, the door had just broken off the 2 foot icicles hanging from every gutter around the house. Tomorrow we get out there with the broom and knock off the rest. It's a change from bugs. But all those biting bugs have given me a whole new appreciation for winter.
